Premium, promotions & balance

The regular Premium price is ₱320 for one calendar month. A promotion may offer a lower price, currently ₱150 at launch. The developer can change or end promotions. Check the current price in the payment window before transferring money.

The payment window reserves the displayed Premium price for 24 hours. A price change does not alter a payment request already submitted. If your reservation expires before you pay, refresh the price. If you already paid, submit your Paid notice and contact us with proof so we can review it.

Premium currently includes unlimited ad-free singing, saved favorites and phone remote control. Offline song downloads are coming soon and are not an available benefit yet. Coins provide ad-free online song plays at ₱5 per song; a ₱200 top-up covers 40 songs. Premium does not spend your saved balance.

For balance users, ₱5 is deducted when a song is selected to play or reserved. A paid reservation is not charged again when played. Skipping or removing a paid song does not automatically restore its credit. You can choose Free karaoke with ads and keep your unused balance.

Payments are bank or e-wallet transfers using the supplied QR, with manual approval. Clicking Paid creates a pending notice; it does not confirm receipt or activate benefits. Send a transaction screenshot and the Google email for your account to our official Messenger page. We match these to the actual incoming payment before approval. We do not ask for banking passwords, PINs or one-time codes.

Monthly renewal is manual. We do not automatically debit your bank account. An approved renewal extends an active subscription by one calendar month. An expired subscription starts from approval. You may sign in on different devices, but only one karaoke playback session per account is allowed at a time.

If a payment is duplicated, sent for the wrong amount, credited to the wrong account or otherwise unresolved, contact us with the reference and account email. We will investigate and explain the correction or applicable refund process. Do not send another payment just to resolve a pending request. These policies do not remove any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

The information we use

Online Karaoke PH is operated by its independent developer, who manages information collected through this website. Contact details are below.

The website does not currently record your microphone or analyze your singing voice. Karaoke scores are random entertainment scores. The current ad placeholders do not use Google AdSense. If advertising or data practices change, this page will be updated.

Why we use it & who can access it

We use this information to provide the service you request, keep accounts and payments secure, answer support requests and maintain the website. Google/Firebase supplies authentication, hosting, database and cloud delivery services. Authorized administration has access to the information needed to manage accounts and verify payments. We do not sell your personal information.

Opening Facebook or Messenger sends you to a separate Meta service; Google and your bank or e-wallet also apply their own privacy policies. Information may be processed outside the Philippines by these providers. We may disclose information when necessary to meet a lawful requirement or investigate misuse.

We use sign-in checks, restricted administration and database access rules to protect accounts and payment records. No online service can promise perfect security. Keep your Google account secure and avoid sharing account access.

Keeping data & your choices

Account information is kept while needed to provide your account and features. Payment, audit and security records may need to be retained longer to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations. We review deletion requests and explain any records that still need to be kept; we do not promise immediate removal from provider backups.

You can edit your nickname and supported settings, remove favorites, sign out or clear this site’s saved browser data. Clearing local data removes saved device content and settings, but does not automatically delete your cloud account or payment history.

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or raise a privacy concern, contact us through our official page. We may need to verify that you own the account before acting. Depending on the circumstances, Philippine data privacy rights include access, rectification, objection, erasure or blocking and complaints to the National Privacy Commission. If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before making a payment or sharing payment proof.

Your Premium phone remote

Premium lets you pair one phone with one main karaoke screen using the same Google account and a temporary six-digit PIN. Both devices need internet, and the main karaoke tab must stay open. Audio stays on the main screen; the phone searches, reserves songs and controls playback.

We process a browser session identifier, short-lived pairing PIN, pairing status, the main screen’s current song, reserve list, sound settings and remote commands to operate this feature. Pairing credentials are restricted to the server and paired browser session. You can cancel pairing or disconnect the remote from either device. Remote access ends when the main playback session closes or Premium expires. Disconnecting the remote does not stop the main screen’s song.

Music, responsible use & rights

Use the site respectfully and only use content you are entitled to access or upload. Do not upload harmful files, impersonate others, interfere with the service or reuse someone else’s payment proof. Songs, lyrics, recordings, trademarks and other materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Availability on the internet does not mean a work is free to copy, distribute or publicly perform. Calling a payment developer support does not replace any required permission or licence. A Premium purchase does not grant copyright ownership or a licence for public performances. See IPOPHL’s copyright information and its guidance on playing songs in public.

If you own rights and have a concern about content on this site, contact us with the song title or code, the page or file involved and information showing your rights or authority. We will review the report and take appropriate action, including restricting or removing access where needed.

Cloud playback depends on your internet connection and device. Interruptions and maintenance can happen. A score is for fun, not a measurement of musical ability.

Singer rankings & your nickname

Signed-in members can view the top-singer chart, ranked by completed songs saved on accounts. Your nickname and completed-song total can appear on that chart. If you have not chosen a nickname, we use a generated gaming name that stays consistent across your devices. Choose a nickname you are comfortable sharing with other members.

The chart does not display your Google email, Google account name, payment records or song history. Guest song totals are not shown in profiles, and viewing singer rankings requires Google sign-in. Your account total is updated after you sing at least 85% of a song; equal totals keep a consistent order.
